A group/sub-group can be created only by Owners / Tenants or Admins. This feature is not available for staff.
1. After logging in, Go to Forums–>Groups.
2. Click on Create New group. Please fill all the details. Click on create group. Fill in the details.
3. Do note that every group by default gets a mailing address like ‘email@example.com’
4. You can create Open / Restricted / Secret Groups. Secret Groups are not visible to anyone – inlcuding administrators. You can see the on-screen instructions for the same.
5. Portal Adminstrators cannot view/moderate/change groups. Only the Group moderators have permissions to do anything related to a group.
