If you are not getting visitor notifications on your mobile phone(Realme/Oppo), we request you to follow the below steps to enable visitor notifications:
Step 1: Update the app and then login into the app, there will be a popup to enable “display over other apps”. Click and enable it for the ‘ApnaComplex’ app.
Step 2: Go to Settings and click on ‘App Management’ in your phone
Step 3: Click on “ApnaComplex”
Step 4: Click on “Power saver”
Step 5: Click on “Allow Background Running” and make sure it is turned ‘ON’ always
