  3. Logging a new Complaint
  1. Go to the menu Complaints –> Complaint Box. Then click on the button ’Log a new Complaint’ to get the form for entering the complaint.
  2. The details on this form have to be filled up. For a complaint related to your flat, please select ‘Personal’. For a common area complaint, select ‘Community’.
  3. Select a complaint category and then enter the complaint details. Clicking the Submit button will create the new complaint.
  4. A new complaint number will automatically be assigned by the system. You will get an email regarding the complaint. Any status updates on that complaint will automatically be notified to you by email and you will even receive an SMS once the complaint is closed.
