If you are not getting visitor notifications on your mobile phone(One Plus), we request you to follow the below steps to enable visitor notifications:

Step 1: Click on the ‘Settings’ option and click on ‘Apps & Notifications’

Step 2: Click on the ‘ApnaComplex’ app

Step 3: Click on ‘Display over other apps’ under the advanced option

Step 4: Enable the option for ‘Allow display over other apps’ shown below
