You can schedule your committee meetings in ApnaComplex and automate it daily/weekly/monthly. Moreover, you do not have to remind members/invitees every time about the scheduled meeting, you can configure the system to automatically send multiple Email/SMS reminders to the invitees of the meeting. You can also add action items, post minutes of meeting and mark attendance of the invitees. Below are the steps to schedule a committee meeting:
To Schedule a meeting:
Step 1: Click on ‘Meetings’ and then click on ‘Meetings Calendar’
Step 2: Click on ‘Schedule a meeting’
Step 3: Here mention the subject of the meeting, select the invite type as committee members/owners/residents, select the members whom you want to send the meeting invite and select the meeting frequency like once or multiple times
Step 4: Select the date of the meeting, start and end time of the meeting and attach any files if needed
Step 5: Mention the agenda of the meeting, mark the checkbox if you want to receive emails when invitees respond to meeting invites, add multiple reminders if you want and click on ‘Save’ to schedule a meeting.
