  3. How to add vaccination status in ApnaComplex Vaccine Tracker?

To our existing CORONA SHIELD features, we have added one more brilliant feature called the Vaccine Tracker. Using this feature, the Management Committee/Admin can track how many members, security, and staff are vaccinated against COVID 19 and how many need to be vaccinated. Members can also update the vaccination details of their families for societies’ perusal. 

To update vaccination details, visit apnacomplex.com and log in to your profile. You will find Vaccination Tracker (just before ‘Assets’ and right after ‘Directory’) on the left-hand side of the screen.

Under Vaccination Tracker, there are three options – Members Tracker, Maintenance Staff Tracker, and Service Staff Tracker.

  1. Member Tracker – In this section, the admin can add the vaccination information of everyone or all entries while members can add entries of the units associated with them. 
  2. Maintenance Staff Tracker – here, the vaccination information of maintenance staff (cleaners, plumbers, electricians, etc of the apartment complex) can be added by the admin. 
  3. Service Staff Tracker – in this section, the admins can update the vaccination information of service staff who work for individual households (cooks, maids, nanny, etc). 

Adding Member Vaccination Info

Visit Vaccination Tracker -> Member Tracker -> Add Member Vaccination Info

To add Member Vaccination details, open ‘Add Member Vaccination Info’ and fill in the member details including the name of the vaccine, Dose number, and Dose Date.  Once entered, click ‘Save’, or if you want to add multiple entries, click ‘Save and Add More.

Before entering the vaccination details, ensure that all the members are added to their respective units. Also, do remember that the details of the second dose without adding details of the first dose.

 

Adding Maintenance Staff Tracker

Vaccination Tracker -> Maintenance Staff Tracker -> Add Maintenance Staff Vaccination Info

To add Maintenance Staff Vaccination details, go to ‘Add Maintenance Staff Vaccination Info’ and fill in their ID details, ‘‘Vaccine Name’, ‘Dose No’, and ‘Dose Date’,      

Click ‘Save’ once you are finished or if you want to add multiple entries, click ‘ Save and Add More’.

The details of the Maintenance Staff should be added to the system before you go on to update the vaccination details. Also, the admin cannot add the details of the second dose without entering the first dose.

Adding Service Staff Tracker

Vaccination Tracker -> Service Staff Tracker -> Add Service Staff Vaccination Info

Go to ‘Service Staff Tracker’ and add details like Staff ID/Pin, Vaccine Name, Dose Number, and Dose Date. Once

entered, click ‘Save’, or if you want to add multiple entries, click ‘ Save and Add More’. 

Ensure that the details of the Service Staff should be added to the system before you go on to update the vaccination details. Also, the admin cannot add the details of the second dose without entering the first dose.
