    4. Mapping Staff Id to device
    1. Go to Directory–>Maintenance Staff.
    2. The ‘Actions’ column has an icon with the tooltip ‘Map Staff Id to device’.
    3. Clicking on this icon will open up a pop-up screen to Map Staff Id to device.
    4. Then unique user Id will be assigned to the device.
