  4. How do I record Minutes of a Meeting (AGM, Committee meetings etc.)?

To add minutes of meetings (GBM with society, Committee meeting etc.), you can use any of the following two ways:

a. Go to Repository->Upload Documents and upload the documents. Based on the access level given, others can access these documents.

b. Go to Meetings – create the meeting (if the meeting is past dated, system will not send any invite – else system will send email notifications to the invitees). Once created, you can click on the meeting in the calendar view and you can see ‘Post Meeting Activities’ button on the meeting details screen. Click on the same. Now, you can record attendance, minutes of meeting and action items that transpire out of the meeting, over here. The minutes of the meeting will only be visible to the meeting invitees.
