As a Community Administrator/ Water Tanker Administrator, in case of shortage supply it is possible to update the actual volume.

a) Login to ApnaComplex. Go to your complex/layout’s home page.
b) Go to Expenditure → Water Monitor.
c) Select the duration of “Start Date and End date” then click on “ View Trips”.
d) Click on ‘Edit Tanker Trip’ under Action column.
e) Enter the Volume Delivered and Trip Cost, click on ‘Save’.
f) If billed, please enter bill number and update billed status.
