  2. How to Track Quarantined Flats in your Society using ApnaComplex?

The quarantine feature of ApnaComplex helps Societies track their quarantined houses effectively and ensure that the information reaches all the members. 

There are three mains aspects for managing quarantined flats in your Society:

  1. Defining Quarantine Settings for your Society
  2. Tagging a flat as Quarantined
  3. Keeping everyone informed about Quarantined flats

1. Defining Quarantine Settings for your Society:

Step A: On the left side menu, click on Complex > Settings. In the Settings page, select “Member Administration”

Step B: In the pop-menu, you will find three settings related to Quarantined, using which

  • You can enable or disable your members from seeing which flats are under quarantine.
  • You can enable or disable the system to notify all members when a flat is put under quarantine. If enabled, every member will receive a push notification when any flat in the Society is marked as quarantined.
  • You can enable or disable members from self-declaring their flat as quarantined

2. Tagging a flat as Quarantined

Admins can tag a flat as quarantined from both web and App.

  • Web:
    • Step 1: On the left side menu, click on Complex > Residential Units. In the Units page, select ‘Edit Unit’ against the flat that you want to mark as quarantined
    • Step 2: In the pop-up, set the start date and end date for the quarantine along with notes (optional)
  • Mobile:
    • Step 1: On your App dashboard, click on the ‘Quarantine Tracker’ on the top.
    • Step 2: Click “Add Home Quarantine details” and add details.

Note: Based on the settings defined in Step 1, members can themselves mark their flat as quarantined on the App by following the same steps outlined above. But unlike an administrator, members can mark only their flat as quarantined.

3. Keeping everyone informed about Quarantined flats:

Based on the settings defined in Step 1, members can see all the flats that are under quarantine tracker in their App dashboard. Members will also receive a Push Notification on the App based on the settings defined.
