  4. In Purchase Requests Approved/Rejected by me, even after I have approved the PR, why does the status still show ‘Pending’?

A PR may be associated with an Approver List Hierarchy with several approver lists at different levels. Based on the amount that needs to be approved, the PR will move through the different levels. As a Request Approver, you may be just one of the approvers in the approver list. Until a minimum number of approvers in that level and subsequent levels (based on the amount) respond, the final approval status of the PR will not be set. This is the reason that the PR still shows “Pending” status. Your approval will be listed in the Approval history.
