Maintenance Staff are staff employed by the association (like estate manager, electricians, plumbers, security, housekeeping etc.).
Service Staff are staff employed by the residents (like Drivers, Cooks, House helpers etc.).
Both can be tracked in ApnaComplex separately. Maintenance Staff will automatically be part of the Complaint box flow where complaints can be assigned to them. Both Maintenance and Service Staff’s attendance tracking can be done using the bio-metric attendance module.
