If your Housing Society is coming under the purview of GST, you need to charge 18% GST on Maintenance Charges (Common Area Maintenance Charges) that you collect from your members.
The same rate is applicable on most of the charges, such as Parking Lot Charges and other recurring charges collected by Society.
