Yes, as a Meeting Initiator/Organizer you can cancel / delete an un-started/pending Meeting. But once the meeting has commenced or concluded, it cannot be modified.
a) Login to ApnaComplex. Go to your complex/layout’s home page.
b) Meeting → Meeting Calendar → Please select the meeting created.
c) click on ‘ Cancel Meeting’ or ‘Delete Meeting’ as per the requirement.
