By default every member in a complex can schedule a meeting in the portal (unless Community Admin disabled it).
a) Login to ApnaComplex. Go to your complex/layout’s home page.
b) Meeting → Meeting Calendar → Schedule a meeting.
c) Enter details like Meeting Subject, Invitee Type, Member(s), Meeting Frequency, Date of Meeting,Agenda, Start time and End time.
d) Click on ‘Save’ to schedule a meeting .
