Only active Gatepasses can be cancelled. To cancel a pass, please follow the below steps:
1. Please go to “My Gate” section and select “Gatepasses”.
2. On clicking “Gatepasses”, you will be taken to the “Gatepasses” page.
3. Click the “Cancel” icon of the card that needs to be cancelled.
4. You will be able to view the details of the pass. Click the “CANCEL PASS” button.
4. A message will be displayed to confirm the cancellation. The message will be “Are you sure you want to cancel the pass? Pass once cancelled cannot be made active again” with the options “Yes” and “No”. On clicking “Yes”, the pass is cancelled, and it is moved in to the Inactive tab.
