1. Login to ApnaComplex.
2. Go to Home->My Profile->Edit Profile.
3. Change the “Notification Preference?” to your choice such as ‘Never’, ‘Weekly’ or ‘Daily’ and update the profile.
4. This will ensure that you no longer receive emails of discussions, notices, complaints etc. in real time.
If you have selected ‘Never’, you have to login into the portal and check noticeboard, discussions to know the happenings in your community. Please note that, you will continue to receive Accounts related email/sMS notifications such as invoices/receipts, reminders irrespective of this setting.
