Yes, the Gatepasses are synchronized with the gatekeeper as and when they are created and updated.
In gatekeeper, the active gatepasses (only on the issued for date for the users) for the user will be visible in two scenarios:
1. During Visitor Exit – When the user clicks on “Exit” in the visitor exit screen, if the visitor is associated with any active Gatepass, then it will show up on the screen for the user to either mark it as used or mark it later.
2. During Staff Exit – When the user clicks on “Exit” in the staff exit screen, if the staff is associated with any active Gatepass, then it will show up on the screen for the user to either mark it as used or mark it later.
