You can effortlessly pay rent via the ApnaComplex app by following the below simple steps.
Open the ApnaComplex app and click on “Payments”.
Under “Payments”, click on “Rent Receipts”
Click on “+ Pay Rent”.
On the “Pay Rent” page, click on the “Bank Account” to add your owner’s bank account.
On the “Add Bank Details” page, add your owner’s bank account details and click “Save”.
On the “Pay Rent” page, click on the owner’s account.
Click on “Pay Now”.
On the “New Payment” page, enter the rent amount
Click “Proceed” to complete the payment.
