Every flat/plot/shop/unit has its own unique “Collection Gateway Account Number”.

It is important that you transfer your maintenance dues to this account number only so that system can account the payment against your unit.

To know the details of the Collection Gateway Account Number, please go to any of the invoices raised against your flat – in the top part of the invoice, you can see “APNA Account #” against which a 16 digit number is listed. This is the account number that must be used as a beneficiary account number.

In case you have multiple units, please note that each unit will have its own unique number. You can find the collection gateway account number for each unit in the respective invoice. You have to register multiple accounts as beneficiaries – one for each unit – this is needed so that books are cleanly maintained for each of your units.
