With ApnaComplex, committee members can assign action items for important society-related tasks among themselves and also delegate the tasks to facility managers, etc. 

A] To access the Action Item Tracker, click on Meetings -> Action Item Tracker on the admin web portal dashboard.

 

B] Create and Assign New Action Item

(i) To create and assign a new Action Item to a society admin, click on ‘Add Action Item’.

 

(ii) Add all the details including task deadline, description, attachments (if any) and assign it to the required person. You can create either a one-time action item or a recurring one.

 

(iii) The newly added action item will appear on the dashboard. You can choose to send reminders for this action item, view/update details or delete the action item.

 

C] To View All Open Action Items

(i) On the dashboard, click on ‘Open Action Items’ to view all the assigned action items that are still open.

(ii) You can choose to send reminders for any open action item, view/update details or delete the action item.

D] To View All Closed Action Items

(i) On the dashboard, click on ‘Closed Action Items’ to view all the action items that are now closed.

(ii) You can view/update details or delete any closed action item.

[E] To View and Update Action Items Assigned to You

This can be done in two ways: Through web portal (requires web portal admin access) or mobile app.

From the Web Portal: 

(i) On the Action Item Tracker dashboard, you will see all the open action items assigned to you. You can view or update your action item or delete it.

(ii) On clicking the view/update option, you can update the task description, attach files, reassign to someone else, revise the due date, and update the task status. 

From the Mobile App: 

(i) On the ApnaComplex Mobile App dashboard, click on My complex.

(ii) Next, click on My actions.

(iii) Here you can view the details of all the action items assigned to you. Click on the open action item that you wish to update or reassign it to someone else.

(iv) Update the action item details and status. The updates made on your action items via the app will be visible to the admins on the web portal.

F] To Search Any Action Items 

(i) On the Action Item Tracker dashboard, click on Search Action Items tab.

(ii) Search an action item by selecting its status and date.
