  3. How to delete a residential unit?

To delete a residential unit in the portal, there should be no other data associated with the unit to be deleted (like no active & inactive members, no complaints, no vehicles, no financial transactions, no tenant leases etc).

If any data is existing, that needs to be deleted first before attempting to delete the unit.

To delete the unit, please go to Complex–>Residential units.  Filter on the unit to be deleted and click on “delete this unit” icon in actions column. If there is no data associated with the unit, it will get deleted. Else, you will get an error message indicating that there are transactions associated with the unit. If you are unable to figure out which data is associated with the unit, please reach out to support for assistance.
