You can make payments for more than one unit at a time only if there is a common member across all these units. So, first ensure there is a common member across all the units in question. Then when you make payment (Income->Enter and Verify Payment or Income->Enter Payment or Home->Make Payment) for any one of these units, the system will show all units linked to the same member and you can enter one payment against multiple units.
