- The security guard can create his/her own PIN by clicking on “Create PIN” and entering the PIN of his/her choice
- After entering the PIN, the security can access the application and create Visitors, send messages to unit
- This can be checked by Community Admin/Security Supervisor by logging in to Gk and clicking on the “PIN Entries” module.
- In the “PIN Entries” module, all the PIN’s created by the security for the community will be displayed and two options will be displayed beside each PIN:
- Visitors – Clicking on this, all the visitors approved by a PIN will be displayed along with the time approval was done
- Messages – Clicking on this will display the messages sent by the PIN along with the time.
