  4. Why am I unable to view the ‘Cancel Pass’ and ‘Edit’ option of a Gatepass?

You can perform “Cancel Pass” and “Edit” operations only on an “Active” Gatepass. So, if the Gatepass has been “Used” or “Cancelled”, you will not see these options.
