Now, you can create voice-based surveys on ApnaComplex. Residents can simply respond to these surveys by sending a voice note on ApnaComplex. This will help in increasing the participation of your Society residents. Just follow the below steps to get started.

Create a voice-based Survey :

Step 1: Login to the Web portal using your registered email-id and password

Step 2: From the side menu, click on ‘Forums’ and then click on ‘Surveys’ from the drop-down

Step 3: Create a new Survey by clicking ‘Add Survey’ option

Step 3: Fill the Survey details and click on ‘Create Survey’

Step 4: Set the Question type as ‘Text/Voice Based’ to create a voice-based Survey.

Respond to a voice-based survey :

Step 1: Login to the ApnaComplex App using your registered Email-id and password

Step 2: Click on ‘My Complex’ tab from the top bar menu and click on ‘Surveys’ under Notice Board

Step 3: Click on ‘Begin Survey’ for which you want to post a response

Step 4: Click on ‘Begin Survey’ button

Step 5: Click on the ‘Mike’ icon present on your mobile keyboard

Step 6: Once it is done, click on the ‘Submit’ button to successfully post a response
