- Go to My Complaint Box from the ‘Complaints -> Complaint Box’ menu.
- The last column in the table title ‘Actions’, has an icon with the tooltip ‘View/Update Complaint’. Clicking on this icon will open up a pop-up screen to make updates to the complaint.
- Add the notes for cancelling / closing the complaint.
- Choose the status as ‘Closed’ or ‘Cancelled’ as the case might be.
- Click on the ‘Update’ button.
