  3. Closing/Cancelling the complaint
  1. Go to My Complaint Box from the ‘Complaints -> Complaint Box’ menu.
  2. The last column in the table title ‘Actions’, has an icon with the tooltip ‘View/Update Complaint’. Clicking on this icon will open up  a pop-up  screen to make updates to the complaint.
  3. Add the notes for cancelling / closing the complaint.
  4. Choose the status as ‘Closed’ or ‘Cancelled’ as the case might be.
  5. Click on the ‘Update’ button.
