At times, a resident may move from one flat to another flat within the same complex.
In these cases, you will have to update the flat number against the user to reflect the new flat number.
To do this, please follow the steps as mentioned below:
- Go to Directory->Members. Filter on the old flat number and inactivate the user’s record by clicking on the “Inactivate” icon in the actions columns.
- Now filter on the new flat and click “Add a Member” icon in the Actions columns and then add the details of the member against new flat in the resulting pop-up.
Please note that as long as you update the correct email id, rest of the details like phone number will automatically be picked up from the user’s existing profile.
