  4. I made a booking against incorrect date/flat/facility. How do I change it?
  1. You need to cancel or delete the booking made incorrectly, by going to Facilities->Cancel/Delete Bookings icon against the facility for which booking was done.
  2. On the Cancel/Delete Bookings Screen, identify the booking to be cancelled/deleted and click cancel/delete.
  3. Once booking is cancelled/deleted, please make a new booking with correct details by clicking “Make Booking icon” against the correct facility in Facilities listing page.
