  3. Updating the complaint
  1. Go to My Complaint Box from the ‘Complaints -> Complaint Box’ menu.
  2. The last column in the table title ‘Actions’, has an icon with the tooltip ‘View/Update Complaint’.Clicking on this icon will open up  a pop-up  screen to make updates to the complaint.
  3. You can make the required changes / updates.
  4. Click on ‘Update’ button to save the changes.
