The Security guards are now empowered with the ability to know which flats are under quarantine. This enables your security to take an informed decision on whether to allow visitors to a quarantined flat. (See how to mark a flat as under quarantine)
1. Once a unit is marked as under home quarantine by a member/Admin for a particular time period, the same can be viewed in the Gatekeeper App by going to the Member Directory, selecting the required block.
2. The flats under home quarantine will be highlighted by the system. While doing a visitor entry, the security guard can view the units under home quarantine and will be able to decide on whether or not to allow guests or any kind of visitor.
3. While clicking on “Yes” the visitor will go through the normal visitor approval process, clicking on “No” will remove the quarantine unit from the unit selection.
