The Receipts & Payments Statement gives you accurate data of the actual amount that was received by the Society from various members (and non-members) and the amount that was paid by the society (to various vendors). This indicates the actual money that is deposited / withdrawn from the Bank/Cash accounts of the society. This statement can also be referred as “Cash Flow” statement.
To access this statement, please go to Reports->Reports List. Scroll to Financial Statements section and click on “Receipts & Payments Statement” link. Select the date range for which you would like to see the detailed head wise breakup of dues paid by various members on the left hand side.
